10 Reasons You Will Benefit From All Natural Sun Protection

Sunscreen is Necessary to Protect Yourself from the Sun

Unfortunately, many commercial sunscreens are filled with chemicals that actually interfere with our bodies’ ability to produce the proper level of vitamin D. However, you can purchase all natural sun protection that has been specially formulated with organic ingredients to protect you and your loved ones from the dangerous effects of sun exposure.

When you use a sunscreen that’s non-chemical in nature containing 100% all natural ingredients you’re able to reduce your skin cancer risk without using chemicals.

Why Chemically Created Sunscreens are So Dangerous

Chemicals that are found in these sunscreens may cause severe health problems or increase your risk of contracting certain diseases. OMC is one of the main chemicals that are used in sunscreen that can be dangerous. This chemical is known to kill mice cells. And since it’s known to be toxic when it’s exposed to sunlight, why is it a component of 90% of all the commercially produced sunscreens available today? Studies have shown that the dangerous chemicals, in commercially produced sunscreens, are absorbed through our skin and then circulate throughout our bodies.

Our Coral Reef

Our coral reef is dying because of chemicals that are commonly found in commercially sold sunscreens. These ingredients are:

1. Cinnamate
2. Paraben
3. Camphor derivative
4. Benzophenone

It is thought that these four chemicals are responsible for awakening dormant viruses that are in a particular algae living in our coral reef. Only small doses of these chemicals can create an underwater viral epidemic. The infected algae begin to die. This algae is an essential part of the coral environment because they provide food energy which contributes to the reefs’ vibrant colors. When the coral does not have these algae, it turns white (bleaches) and dies. These viruses replicate, spreading throughout the coral communities surrounding them.

The Ten Benefits of Organic Sun Protection

You will be amazed when you realize all the benefits received when you use an all-natural sunscreen. Natural sunscreens will:

1. Help keep your skin healthy by nourishing it.
2. Protect your cells by repairing free-radical damage that may occur with exposure to the sun.
3. Reduces the appearance of damage to the skin that is caused by the sun.
4. Resist water.
5. Since they’re hypoallergenic, the possibility of skin reactions is eliminated.
6. Not have any parabens, chemical fragrances or nanoparticles.
7. Not kill our coral reef.
8. Not absorb the UVA & UVB rays but reflect and scatter them away from your body.
9. Provide you with a physical barrier from the sun, without clogging or irritating your pores.
10. Naturally moisturize your skin.

These are the many reasons you should consider using all natural sun protection. By using organic sun protection, you will also be helping to maintain our planet’s fragile underwater ecosystem.

Oxygen Is Life - Breath Your Way to Health

From the moment we take our first breath of life until our demise, we will breathe without thinking about it. We can, however, choose to focus on breathing and bring about physiological changes in our body that will prolong life and bring improved health.

Breathing consciously is an art and it is worth mastering.

TO BEGIN:

Sit or lie so that your spine is straight and you are comfortable and relaxed.

Try taking a deep breath through your nostrils, softly and quietly (not a sniff) and focus on the soft palate at the back of your throat.

Imagine this air is going to fill your lungs from the bottom up in the same way that a jug is filled with water from the bottom up. You will notice the stomach expand.

As you breathe out, the air will escape from the top of the lungs down. If stale air is left in the lower part of the lungs then we do not exchange the carbon dioxide which has been extracted from the blood with life-giving oxygen.

Be aware of your rib cage as you breathe. The ribs should expand and contract gently. The lower ribs move out like a bucket handle, the middle ribs move out as well as up and down while the top ribs just move up and down. If you look in a mirror you should not see you chest heaving. You should see a gentle expanding and contracting in the front, side and back of the rib cage.
Just allow the out breath to gently give way to the in breath in a rhythmic cycle that suits you as an individual. You will find that with practice your breathing becomes deeper and allows your body to relax in a way you may not have experienced before.

Test Find your pulse by holding your fingers on your wrist just below your thumb. Begin to breathe while you count how many heart beats it takes to breathe in, then how many it takes to breathe out. It is not uncommon to find you breathe in for more beats than you breathe out or vice versa. Asthmatics usually breathe in for a longer period than they breathe out.

Tip Try allowing your tongue to come forward, relax your jaw, your lips can be closed or open slightly. Practice your breathing while holding your pulse. Can you feel a greater flow of air into your lungs?

BENEFITS:

More life-giving oxygen to the body. Not a single cell can be built without red blood and not a single red blood cell can be built without oxygen.
Releasing of body toxins via the breath. The lungs are a major organ of elimination. The build up of toxins in the blood causes fatigue and lowered immunity.
Oxygen to the brain improves mental health. Dr. Philip Rice say’s “The IQ of a child can be increased by enlarging the intake of oxygen through correct breathing.”

Viral pneumonia is contagious?

The most common causes of pneumonia include bacteria, viruses and other kinds of fungi that affect certain parts of the lungs of a human being. Is a highly contagious disease and has a tendency to spread through air particles. Healthy people can contract this disease through the breath and this leads the germ in their lungs and respiratory system that causes people to develop the disease.

People who have a weak immune system, such as the elderly and children and those people who have contracted other diseases such as cancer or HIV are prone to contracting this virus. Drinking excessive amounts of alcohol, smoking and work in unregulated temperature also increases the chances of a person who could develop pneumonia.

The influenza A and B usually attack the human body during the spring. Along with these two diseases, comes the synovial virus. Flu shot are usually administered to protect the person from the strain of virus that is trying to attack your system.

There are several symptoms of viral pneumonia and these can include muscle pain, tiredness and coughing up sputum. Sometimes, when a healthy person suffers from these types of diseases, the patient experiences only a certain tiredness and fever. Many people delay a visit to the doctor which results in aggravation of the symptoms. If the virus cannot be treated properly and not given medical attention when needed, worsens and begin to affect other parts of the body. Symptoms include severe fatigue and tiredness, chest pain, trouble breathing and coughing up bloody sputum. If rest is not taken correctly, your digestive system will get hit and you will feel an extreme amount of dehydration. Some other symptoms include nausea and vomiting, but not all people are affected in this way.

The doctor will use something called a chest X-ray, which will enable you to do a test on your sputum to decide if you are a carrier of pneumonia or not. If the disease is left completely untreated for an extended period of time will most likely cause pulmonary edema or even death in some cases.

There are several treatments to cure this condition including adjuvant drugs and antiviral. After the fever of a missing person, he is advised to take bed rest for five days just to make sure the virus doesn’t return. Doctors sometimes feel that their hands tied when dealing with this virus, as they cannot use antibiotics to treat the bacterial disease.

In addition, fast and secure data transmissions continue to become increasingly important, and as such, digital radiology offers another key advantage. Eventually, in fact, it is believed that the Dr will become an integral component of any Radiology Department worldwide.

Cotton is all created equal? The Top 2 things you want to know the next time you buy cotton clothing

Many of us have heard of dirty dozen that are “must Buy” as organic. Meaning that pesticides residues are larger on those twelve foods. And, if you buy them organic, avoid putting chemical toxins in your body.

But what about the cotton we wear? It really makes a difference if it is organic?

Consider this; the skin is the largest organ of your body. It is a living organism, which exudes, hair, moisturizes, hydrates, Burns, fades, scars and heals.

Cotton is an ideal material for comfort and his ability to breathe with the body.

But, what I didn’t realize, and one cannot know are the levels of pesticides used in the elaboration of this precious commodity.

Here are a two jaw-dropping statistics from our friends at White apricot;

1. Traditional cotton is the second most pesticide loads picked up worldwide! (accounting for about 25% of pesticide use in the world).

2. you take 1/3 pound of chemicals (including cyanide, dicofol, naled, sulfite ester insecticides and trifluralin-all known to cause cancer) to grow traditional enough to make just one cotton t-shirt. Whaat?

Organic cotton on the other hand is tilled in soil certified pesticides and herbicides-free, using organic agriculture methods, which produce healthy tissue, preserving the quality of our water and prevent toxins from entering the human food chain in the form of cotton seed and other byproducts. ”

In turn, not only organic cotton produces a product that is healthier against your skin, the organic process eliminates the fallout is harmful to our environment which can cause traditional agriculture.

So the obvious question is why not all Discount this way?

The short answer is that the results and returns with organic farming is less certain and in turn more expensive.

From chemical pesticides, herbicides and fertilizers are not permitted in organic farming, the job becomes more intense. crop rotation, beneficial insects introduced and monitored, composting, are some of the methods used. All are extremely successful, but not without risks.

There is a lot of hard work that goes into all farmed products, but I’m finding, and it can be agreed that organic farmers are a special breed, with a lot of heart!

I hope that you will join me in making the organic choice number one.

If so, be sure that the products are GOTS certified organic or OTA. Unfortunately, there is a lot of misleading information out there. The products labeled “natural” “eco-friendly” “sustainable”, or even calling them “organic” when they cannot gives you the quality standards that they imply.

Thoughts to consider when choosing a dentist

When you choose a local dentist, there are many factors that you must consider. If you have family and friends who live in the area, you might want to recommendations or the name and number of their current family dental practice. Otherwise, you can use the local telephone book or the Internet to find a practical and personal interview before starting treatment.

Unless you have a specific oral condition that needs to be addressed, it is better to start with a family practice or General. You can always refer to a specialized practice if the need arises. During your initial search and interview, please address these topics:

-How long is the practice been around? Is a newly opened business, or have them successfully serves the community for many, many years?

-How much clinical experience and education have to this dentist? If you need a specific procedure as a matter of fact, you have the tools, knowledge and ability to complete to your satisfaction? If not, you might consider is transferred to a specialized practice.

-What types of dental procedures are regularly held at this Office? What is the process for reference, if there is a need for extra work?

-If you have a specific need, explain this during the interview. Ask about the ability of the Office to offer treatments that meet your needs. You can also ask about the pros and cons of each treatment option. If, for whatever reason, feel uncomfortable with having a procedure done by this dental office, did not choose to become their patient.

-The dentist does not participate in any professional dental society? What are the requirements for the remaining as a member of these societies? Some require their members to participate in continuing education courses to stay up to date on the latest technology and dental procedures.

-What kind of emergency care is offered? The staff would be available after hours or during the weekend if an accident should occur or other dental emergency?

Office provides entertainment measures or extra patient comfort? For those who are nervous about a procedure, General cleaning, also makes the Office use pre-medication or nitrous oxide? Regarding the entertainment services such as music or TV?

-If you are interested in alternatives to perforation or scalpel, ask the availability and use of laser instruments.

-You need some cosmetic dentistry procedures done? Ask for the availability of these procedures, and if the dentist has the experience and knowledge to complete these procedures to your satisfaction. You can always ask to be referred to another Office, if you don’t feel confident in his ability to perform specialized procedures.

-Ask for a complete list of fees. Everything from general anaesthesia procedures should be included in the list. You will also be sure to know what procedures and treatment insurance benefits cover.
